Not too shabby, roughly 10 Micro inches facial run out at a 2 inch radius. The rollers are already pre-loaded at 200 lb by the angular contact bearing. When you take the calculated deflection difference between 250 lb loading and 275 lb loading it comes out at 20.8 million pounds per inch. So the force guage indicator measurement is in the ballpark. The loading out at the indicator is a rough moment loading measurement which is also very stiff. To put this in perspective a professional instruments 10 in air spindle axial stiffness is only ten million pounds per inch at 150 psi. But it is also less than one micro inch facial tir.
